  The manager and 4 other employees have helped our aging parents living in Moneta far beyond normal banking services! Our mother lost her wallet for the first time in her life and they cancelled all accounts and checking. Rerouted social security to the new account. Helped them update accounts for more interest and had them add a co-signer to accounts which we had been trying to do and were not successfull. Another employee FOUND our mother's wallet on the road totally by accident and dried the contents and cherished photos at the Bank and returned it! We have received good referrals for other services and cannot express our gratitude enough for this outstanding SunTrust Bank branch.

  I switched to MemberOne because of my experience at Suntrust. The three tellers were always pleasant and professional, however, the women at the help desks were unprofessional. On multiple occasions after the customer prior to me walked away, they would say rude and inappropriate things about her. This made me never want to be the next person because, what might they say about me once my back is turned? When talking to the women they acted as though I was a great burden and would sigh or roll their eyes. I'm extremely happy that I never have to go back.
